WRMD 4.0 Tips
As we prepare for the fall launch of WRMD 4.0, we will be updating this page with tips and tricks to help familiarize you with the updated system. If you need additional information, some of the links will take you to HelpScout articles about the subject. You may need to log in to HelpScout in order to view them.

ℹ️ Note: This feature can be toggled on as an extension in 3.0 and will be automatically activated in 4.0: 📞 Hotline is now built into WRMD 4.0! Add calls to new or existing patients. Learn how
🚧 This tip is for the upcoming WRMD 4.0 — not yet active in your current version. View patients the way that works for you! Sort order will be customizable in Settings > General WRMD Settings > Care Log Settings.
WRMD 4.0 will be available in English and Spanish. Language can be changed in Settings, depending on user needs. Additional languages to come!
ℹ️ Note: This feature is part of WRMD 4.0 and not yet live. Want to be able to add donations while you are adding a patient? Toggle this feature on in Settings > General WRMD Settings.
🔄 Available in both 3.0 and 4.0: Short on time? enable Quick Admit to require fewer fields. Find it in Settings > Extensions.
